Consent Forms, & Terms of Service

Your understanding and co-operation is appreciated.

Client Intake & consent forms are required as part of the booking process. 

A separate form is required for each individual who may be receiving treatment. 

Separate consent forms are required for each animal, and consent can only be provided by the animal's human care-giver. 

Reiki Treatments for Foster-animals must be authorised by the nominated animal rescue Veterinary Team, Animal Shelter Well-being Officer, and authorised persons.

Separate consent forms are required for any children or any persons' aged younger than 14 years old, who also may give their informed consent to receive treatment. 

Consent can ONLY BE GIVEN by a parent or by a legally appointed guardian.

The core values of Trust, Respect, Gentleness, Honesty and Compassion are upheld at all times during every individual sessions. 

Ensuring the personal comfort, safety, emotional and mental well-being of the recipient is always of the highest importance, at all times. 

The Reiki session may be ended at any time by the receiver.

Terms of Service for Elaine Bowler Animal Reiki and Reiki Energy Healing

Elaine Bowler Reiki holds current Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability for the below listed categories;

Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, Animal Reiki Practitioner & Equine Reiki Practitioner.

Consent forms must be filled out and received 48-Hours prior to ALL bookings including discovery Reiki consultations and all onsite 'Meet and Greet' Reiki sessions.

**Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy**

Appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking channels.

We require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Cancellation Fee $50 - $150 or your appointment may be transferred to a Distance Reiki healing held in abstentia.

 

**Services Provided**

Elaine Bowler offers equine and animal Reiki therapy as well as energy healing sessions, and intuitive animal communication sessions, aimed at improving the wellbeing of animals.

All treatments are conducted with the utmost care and attention.

While we strive for excellence in providing these services, individual results may vary.

**Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing or using the services provided by Elaine Bowler Reiki Practitioner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

**Modification of Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

**Limitation of Liability**

Elaine Bowler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services or for any other claim related in any way to your use of our services.

This applies even if advised of such potential damages.

**Legal Liabilities, Wavers**

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Your written consent is required upon booking as part of a Client Intake Form & Consent for Service.

Any dispute arising out of your use of our services shall be resolved in the first instance by contacting Elaine Bowler Reiki in writing to advise of your concerns.

All services provided from Victoria.
