By accessing or using the services provided by Elaine Bowler Reiki Practitioner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Reiki is a complementary & holistic therapy only. For all health concerns please immediately seek Professional medical advice.

**Modification of Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

**Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy**

Payment for appointments must be received at time of booking.

All appointments must be made in advance through our designated booking channels via the website or invoice.

We require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations or recheduling.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged - $80. If less than 24hrs notice is given - cancellation fee of full amount of service already paid.  Appointments are non-transferrable.

WIth sufficient notice, the appointment may be transferred to a Distance Reiki healing held in abstentia, depending on circumstance.

No refunds are given but appointment may be postponed up to 2 months from original booking.

In special circumstances a gift certificate may be issued.

 Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 12-months from date of purchase.

Well-being Workshops

Distant Reiki online

Home-visit Service

Equine and Animal Reiki therapy as well as energy healing sessions, and intuitive animal communication sessions, aimed at improving the wellbeing of animals.

All treatments are conducted with the utmost care and attention.

While we strive for excellence in providing these services, individual results may vary.

 

 

**Limitation of Liability**

Elaine Bowler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services or for any other claim related in any way to your use of our services.

This applies even if advised of such potential damages.

**Legal Liabilities, Wavers**

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Your written consent is required upon booking as part of a Client Intake Form & Consent for Service.

Any dispute arising out of your use of our services shall be resolved in the first instance by contacting Elaine Bowler Reiki in writing to advise of your concerns.

All services provided from Victoria.
