Breathe the Rainbow Join Lainey for a 7-week practical guided journey into Japanese Zen techniques, for mindfulness, to release stress and invite inner peace into your life. Each week we focus on an energy centre, 7 chakras, the Precepts, Just For Today, Meditation techniques for holistic well-being. What is Breathe the Rainbow? 30-minute Online Weekly Individual Personalised Class. The focus simple path to inner peace, mindfulness well-being and Ki breath work to restore balance and harmony. Virtual Self-care, What is that? An Online personalised session conducted online to empower you to begin a self-care routine and uncover your truest authentic version of yourself. 30-minute sessions designed to activate your own self-healing ability, reduce stress and anxiety and help you to find inner peace, equilibrium and energetic calm within. What are Breathe the Rainbow classes? Experience a warm, safe energetic space where you can be empowered to reconnect with your body. Learn simple grounding and breath techniques with gentle somatic body-based and proven techniques to invite peaceful calm into your mind, body and soul. Introduction to Self-care and energy healing through Usui Reiki Japanese Zen Practices. One-to-One virtual classes at a convenient time for you. Breathe Your Rainbow is a 6-week programme of free Online 30-minute Zoom sessions. Enjoy weekly self-care mini sessions for LGBTQIA+ community members — a gentle, affirming pocket of calm in your week, guided by Reiki Master Teacher and proud queer woman Lainey Bowler.
Each session draws on Japanese Usui Reiki mindfulness techniques and rainbow breathwork — simple, accessible practices you can use anytime, anywhere, to regulate your nervous system, restore your sense of self, and remember that you are worthy of peace.

What Is This Event?
Breathe Into Your Rainbow weaves together:
🌬️ Rainbow Mindful Breathwork — a unique breathwork practice using the colours of the Pride flag to regulate your nervous system, calm anxiety, and restore your sense of self. Each colour of the rainbow corresponds to a breath phase and a chakra energy centre — breathing in warmth and power, resting in the green of the heart, breathing out truth and peace.
🌿 Japanese Usui Reiki Techniques — Reiki is a Japanese healing tradition founded by Mikao Usui, based on the principle that universal life force energy (ki) flows through all living beings. When this energy flows freely, we feel grounded, connected, and at peace.
The Five Usui Reiki Precepts — just for today, anger not, worry not, be grateful, work hard, be kind to everything — are shared as a mindfulness practice for daily self-care.
🧘 Guided Body Scan Meditation — a gentle, trauma-informed somatic practice that invites you to reconnect with your body with curiosity and kindness. For those of us who have spent time feeling unsafe or unseen in our bodies, this practice is an act of profound self-compassion.
✨ Golden Light Reiki Visualisation — a full guided Reiki healing journey through the seven chakra energy centres, from root to crown. You will be invited to draw warm, unconditional golden light through your whole being — releasing what no longer serves you and restoring your sense of wholeness.
📝 Reflective Journalling — gentle, affirming prompts designed specifically for LGBTQIA+ experience, giving you space to process, reflect, and celebrate who you are.
🌈 Community Healing Circle — because healing is more powerful when we do it together.
