This spring, also known as Imbolc, as the light returns and the first green shoots break through, I invite you to step onto the path of Kokoro — a 6-month, personal mentoring one-to-one, journey into the complete system of well being: Usui Reiki and Animal Reiki.

Phase 1 — Reiki Shoden:

• Japanese Usui Reiki history
• 3-hour online introduction,
• 2 immersion days in-person,
• Japanese foundational meditations
• 4 Reiju attunements,
• Full Reiki Treatment
• 21-day integration with weekly coaching

2-month Integration & Practice:

• Fortnightly video-call
• Bespoke Student Practice & Coaching
• Journaling & home work self-paced

• animal-guided healing,
• SARA best practice,
